請問有在Homeaway 或者vrbo租過vacation home的麽？

第一次用，目的地歐洲，在homeaway上找好房子，準備租一個禮拜。send request, 和房主email聯係上，也通過電話。聯係方式（電子郵件和電話號碼）都是homeaway上 property list出來的，官網：

現在房主email過來lease contract, 隻收personal check. lease上隻有property name, 沒有具體地址。房主的解釋是，for security reason.. after we get full payment, we will send you the address, directions and where you can find the key . 這樣應該沒問題吧？

房主現在並不住在那裏，查了她的mailing address，就是她現在的居住地址，property owner也是她和她老公。應該不會是騙子吧？
