好煩哪！rail europe上訂火車票怎麽這麽不靠譜！他們有美國的客服電話嗎？

在rail europe的網站上訂巴黎到米蘭的夜車軟臥票，submit了order以後，出來一行message：

Please note: We are currently unable to complete the booking for one or more products in your cart. We are attempting to issue your tickets as requested. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to propose alternate options. Your credit card has been pre-authorized for the amount quoted. However, it will not be charged until your entire order is confirmed. One of our Travel Consultants will review your order and contact you within two business days if there are any changes to your itinerary or if the price has increased. Don't worry, we're working on your request and we will get back to you shortly by email or by phone.

這這這咋回事啊？我到底是訂上了還是沒訂上？到底有沒有位子給我啊？信用卡號都拿走了...要說沒位子，應該連order都不能下吧？（原來我想訂4人的硬臥車廂，可能沒位子了，這個選項都不出來了。前天晚上還有呢。）

想給raileurope客服打電話，網站上找半天沒找到，隻能發text mesage/email。好容易用google搜出來他的客服電話，怎麽在英國。打過去，全是空號。

急死了！我得早點確定這位子訂下來沒有，不然的話就趕緊訂飛機。再拖下去，飛機票也沒了！

這是我搜出來的raileurope在英國的電話，大家看看這號碼對不對。（還有，我用電話卡打過去，先撥011（國際）+ 44（英國國家區號）+ 號碼去掉第一位的0. 是這樣吧？）
