Key West & Dry Tortugas NP

Might add to your list Key West - 8 hour RT drive (not including stops). I'm going to Miami and Key West. Dry Tortugas will take a whole day since the ferry leaves very early in the morning. If you go, you'd have to stay in Key West at least for one night. I have the feeling this might be a very unique national park, being a secluded fort and in the middle of Carribean.
