Thank you!

MA is a member of DLA but not Vermont.
MA is not a member of DLC.
Both MA and Vermont are member of NRVC. But if I handle the ticket in Vermont, my home state MA will not issue points and penalties on my license.

However I do not know when Vermont will be a member of DLA. When Vermont becomes a member of DLA, my home state MA will have access to the speeding ticket in Vermont.

There are three choices on the ticket: Admit, Not Contest or Deny. If I want to negotiate a good deal, which one should I choose? I do not mind to go to court for hearing. It is about 2-hour driving. Then negotiate with the officer. I have clean driving history, I wonder if I can make him agree to drop off the points. Any suggestion on how I should proceed with this?

Thanks
