7-39.8    Penalties.

         For violations of this section, the offender shall be liable to a penalty of not less than twenty ($20.00) dollars nor more than three hundred ($300.00) dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen (15) days, or both. (Ord. No. OR:96/07 § 129-6.2; Ord. No. OR:03/16)
