When you park there illegally, the other woman becomes "高大凶悍的白人婦女".  You need to get this straight.  You did something wrong.  The other person's not forgiving you does not make that person worse than you.  From what I can tell, you are pretty 凶悍.  If not so, why do you say "I don't know why she came there? Just for checking anyone parking at the wrong place? This is a Chinese cellphone store."  First of all, this is a free country.  She has a right to go anywhere she would like to go, to the extent permissible.  Secondly, you mean a white person cannot come close to a Chinese cellphone store?  Are you a racist??  In my eyes, you are much worse then the other woman.  You just have not realized that yet.
