請問thyroid nodules是甲狀腺結節麽？

體檢時手摸沒有發現。因為肌肉扭傷，做了ultrosound，結果發現：

Bilateral thyroid nodules measuring up to 0.8 cm on the right and 1.1 cm on the left, without suspicious morphology to suggest further workup.
