甲狀腺病理幫忙！！

日前發現右側甲狀腺腫瘤，超生波結果：2.3*1。9*1.5， 等/低回聲，包膜清晰，無鈣化點。

在國內醫院做了粗針穿刺，給的結果是良性腺瘤

在香港做了細針穿刺，給的結果是suspicious for follicular neoplasm，carrying for 15%-30% risk. 醫生建議手術。

第一張圖是粗針穿刺。第二張圖是細針穿刺的圖。請高手解惑。

From my reading of the literature, the classification of follicular neoplasm including

1) moderate to marked cellularity
2) scant or no colloid
3) predominant(>50%-75%) microfolliculie cells

The report from HK hospital is:

moderate cellularity, colloid containing, presence of microfolliculie, cluster of follicular cell,. The follicular cell do not display nuclear features of papilary thyroid carcinoma. The features are those of suspicious for a follicular neoplasm.

那位大俠幫個忙看看我這個到底是predominant? 有沒有type I error?
