Don't worry, I have a friend having the same experience also from Walmart. I want to the court with him. It's not a big deal at all. Since it's the first time, the prosecutor will dismiss the case for sure. The court may fine you for about $100. If you don't have money to pay, they may ask you to do community service. Just pay the fine and you will be set.

Don't lesten to the most of people here. They just pretend they know every thing. Don't worry at all.
