This is only a suggest:
1. DO NOT HIRE A LAWYER. Hiring a lawyer will waste money and only make things worse.
2. Go to court as required. When the judge asks if you are guilty. Just say NOT guilty and ask for a interpreter and a legal aid lawyer.
3. Through the lawyer or interpreter or a court appointed officer, negotiate to perform community work
for an admission of guilty without criminal record.
4. The police is wrong. You are innocent until proved guilty. You can do whatever you want to do(except to go to Wal-Mart).
