1. There are no bus services from Seattle Chinatown to Vancouver/Canadian Rockies. However, there is a Greyhound bus station in Chinatown’s vicinity, of which the address is 811 Stewart St Seattle 98101 and Tel. 206-628-5526.

2. The option 1 is apparently better than the option 2 because the latter will save you a repetitive trip from Calgary to Vancouver and then to Seattle.
