reply from my HR

Thanks 色大膽小 for the alert. I have the same issue, just asked our HR and here is what they replied:-

"There is a check-n-balance that our accounting department does with situations like yours.  Unfortunately this is not completed until the end of first quarter of the following year.  We ask that you please be patient."
