“Law states that you must notify DMV within 10 days of changing your address. ” (www.dmv.ca.gov)

在CA DMV網站上有這句話，記得考駕照是看的手冊也有這樣的規定。不按時通知是不是crime，如何處罰也記不得/不知道了。
