再問一下 有辯護律師 不見被告的嗎 ？ 隻是第一次電話泛泛一談 就可以 她讓我簽 委任書 我還沒簽 因為我有不明白的地方：1）。。。。

conviction of the above noted charge, impose a monetary fine, suspend and/or

revoke my driver’s license. In addition, I am further aware that the Department of Motor

Vehicles can take additional action against my license and driving privileges including

suspension and/or revocation of same. I am further advised by my attorney that where

sentence is to be pronounced for an offense, the Court may upon motion of the Defendant

dispense with the requirement that the Defendant appear personally.
