請教一下8老師，新I140上麵的PD應該是新公司辦PERM的日期嗎？不應該是舊I140上麵的日期吧？

我先生是新的I140和485一起提交的，律師知道是要relink舊的PD的。我看新I 140 RECEIPT NOTICE上麵PD是新公司辦PERM的日期。這樣是對的嗎？

-Technically, yes. If no, talk to the lawyer.  After your new I-140 is approved, you also need to check it to see whether the prioirty date on the new I-140 arrpoval notice is the old I-140 priority date. If no, you need to ask the lawyer to contact USCIS to fix it.
