Yes. If your I-140 is NIW or EB1-A based, you can still use this approved I-140 to file I-485. If your approved I-140 is sponsored by the current employer, then your current employer need to agree you to work for them and thus, you can use this I-140 to file the I-485. Otherwise, if you will work for another employer, then the new employer need to file a new I-140 for you and you can use the priority date of the old I-140 as the priority date of the new I-140, i.e., priority date portability. You need to provide the copy of the old I-140 approval notice when you file a new I-140 for priority date portability.
