如果父母變公民，再給已婚的孩子申請綠卡，還能用上次的排期嗎？

-No. Because your kid got married before you became a US citizen, your previous I-130 (F2A or F2B) has been void automatically. Thus, you cannot use the priority date of the old I-130 as that of the new I-130, i.e. the priority date cannot be protable in this case.
