我十多年前申請了我姐姐一家移民美國，他們一家四口。她的大女兒等排期到了的時候應該會超齡了。

她的小兒子等到排期到了的時候應該可以利用兒童年齡保護還可以來。

我姐姐現在持有B2十年簽證，她也來過美國好幾次了。她的老公和兒子沒有申請過B2簽證。

現在發現F4 移民排期的B表快一些。如果在Ｂ表排期快到了的時候，我姐姐持旅遊簽證來美國，

然後提交485表格申請綠卡，可以幫他老公和兒子一起申請嗎？
-Normally she only can file I-485 when based on A Form, not B Form.

雖然那時候她的老公和兒子在國內。

如果可以，是不是我姐姐在美國等綠卡，他老公和兒子在國內等綠卡，那麽程序是怎麽樣的？
-If she files I-485 within US when the priority date is current based on A Form, then after she gets the green card, she needs to file I-824 for her spouse and kid to apply for the immigrant visa, the whole process may take about two years.

So, it is a very bad idea for her to file I-485 within US personally.
