請教8老師, 朋友的父親替朋友申請的綠卡, 當時是F3類. 現在朋友婚姻出現狀況, 準備離婚, 是否會對排期有影響?
-The priority date will remain the same, but whether it is current or not is based on F1 category.

是否會從F3類轉成F1類?-Yes unless he get married again before he gets green card.
