而我老婆和孩子的H4是

-Do you mean this is the H-4 I-94 duration of your child and wife? If yes, their status had no gap.
其中在2010年2月換工作時沒有同時更新她們的H4表。

請問這樣算是有gap嗎？

我們是2010年4月的NIW排期，2010年6月以後使用EAD工作，2013和2014年她們曾經使用AP回國。

如果真有gap，該如何補救？
