Three questions - 美籍子女給以TN簽證在美國工作的加籍父母申請美國綠卡(家庭移民)排期到多少年?
-No 排期,  but the child has to be > 21 years old. Same answer for the following questions.

1. 美籍子女給以H-1B簽證在美國工作的加籍父母申請美國綠卡(家庭移民)排期到多少年?

2.美籍子女給在加拿大的加籍父母申請美國綠卡(家庭移民)排期到多少年?
