老看到有人在說排期，不明白什麽是排期。請老師解釋一下哦！

 

我是B2來美國的，老公和孩子們是美國公民，我現在要申請綠卡也需要排期嗎？

-No in your case. 綠卡排期 does not apply to the immediate relatives of US citizen (e.g. spouse, child < 21 or parents).
