H1B 8月到期，擔心6月才開始申請太晚，律師說沒問題.

到時隻要拿到H1B延期申請收據就可以合法工作.

Your lawyer is generally right. Pijiang or 8 teacher told me 隻要拿到H1B延期申請收據就可以合法工作for 240 days.
