it is hard to

figure out what it really means. To me, its implications may include

 

i) The purchasig power of money is the same whoever its holder is.    

ii) One should trust the rightous power of money while absteining from its evil power.   

iii) The note should be treated with proper care and respect while kept in possession.

iv) Money is the ultimate and omnipotent means to equalize exchanges of any kinds like trade, business acquisition, technical transfer, service, etc.

v) It is encouraged to donate money to those in needs.
