See if any suggestion inside fits you

If it is a personal letter, make it personal by autograph the letter with your first name.
If it is a formal letter, make it formal by autograph the letter with your complete name plus your title.
If it is in-between, make it vague by using the first letter of your frist name plus the complete last name.
