Buy SS house, how long a loan needs?

My Short Sell house got approval from The Bank of first lien and second lien but my lender has not approved my loan.if not close on time, the approval letter will be expired.

My loan process has been being 20 days, 通常多久loan才能下來？

my loan agent always answer me that we are working on it.

my credit is over 800 and downpayment is enorgh。
