such as hip flexor stretch, hampstring stretch; my favorite is 趴在地上,一手盡量向前伸,另一側的腳盡量向後伸,好像有點牽引的意思。總之是多嚐試,小心慢慢來,listen to your own body, your body will tell you which is good for you:-). 少坐多動!
