請大家幫我看看甲狀腺B超報告

Findings:
The right thyroid lobe measures 1.8x5.1x1.8cm. There is a hypoechoic partially cystic nodule in the upper pole measuring 1.1cm in maximum diameter.

There is a cornplex,cystic and solid nodule which appears to arise from the superior aspect of the isthmus, measuring 1.9x2.0x1.1cm.This is located to the right of the midline.The isthmus measures 3mm AP in the midline.

The left thyroid lobe measures approximately 3.7x6.3x3.4cm and contains a predominantly cystic nodule in the lower pole measuring approximately 3.4x2.8x2.8cm.Margins are somewhat irregular. In the upper pole,there is a 1.2cm hypoechoic nodule.

Normal appearing cervical lymph nodes are noted on the right.

Impression:
1/  3.4cm cystic nodule in the left thyroid lobe with somewhat irregular margins. This appears to correspond to the abnormality described on outside MRI report.
2/  Mixed cystic and solid nodule along the superior right aspect of the isthmus, measuring 2.0 cm in diameter.
3/  Additional smaller nodules as described above.

現在醫生說兩個選擇：1，直接手術，免去做細針穿刺，全切。2，做細針穿刺，如良性，每3-6個月做一次檢查。

病人情況：
男，50，醫生說甲狀腺功能正常(tsh0.45)，平時沒有感到不舒服，隻是多年時常咳嗽，以前以為是鼻炎引起的，現在想可能是甲狀腺結節引起的。

請大家幫著看看，提些寶貴意見，從上星期發現到現在，我一直在網上搜集這方麵的信息和知識，對照什麽情況下必須做手術，什麽情況癌變的可能性較大，現在要做決定了，很困難。。。
