遭遇極品律師，如何爭取自己的權益

 

最近買房中，下周close，發現律師費3690。 買的是常規的single family home,買房過程也很正常。別這麽高的律師費嚇到了，我們這嘎達這種情況律師費800到1500。問律師要了收費明細如下：之前一次未成的買賣，我們在attoney review 第二天退出。這個費用不包含正常的closing cost. title啥的費用都是另外收的。詢問律師幾個不明費用，I.e 為啥title公司收了我們title search費，你又要收title exam? 你的1450律師費到底包含啥？為啥email, fax還要另收？之類的。律師不回答，無賴的說 no fee/cost is necessary, I wish I could work for nothing..
