有感樓下Fungfung帖，怎麽才知道你的律師是不是在為你

爭取權利，或者是thinking in your shoes to find a most cost effectively solution to the dispute..我也是 in the mid of a legal mess。 案子已經開始了一年多了，可是一點進展也沒有，律師就是寫文件，answer，interrogatories，on and on, 我也想settlement，我覺得對方也想，可是大家的差距比較大。我覺得雙方的律師都不把這個當回事，就等著法庭給schedule，然後就按部就班的寫文件，做deposition。。
我特別納悶怎麽才能知道你的律師是不是一個好律師，因為我也不懂是不是法律程序就是這樣的還是換個律師可能會不一樣。有些什麽parameters 可以幫助evaluate 我的attorney？
請各位賜教
