不好意思，這幾天忙，一直沒上線。合同裏有下麵的要求，可以用來驅逐她嗎？

  1. Tenant will not act in any way which unreasonable disturbs the peace and quiet of other Tenants. Tenant may not act in a manner which disturbs or interferes with landlord, landlord’s invitees such as potential future tenant to the house.
