Death on the Property 
Landlords should disclose if a death occurred on the property within the past three years without misrepresenting the cause of death unless it involved HIV/AIDS.

It is the intent of the Legislature to occupy the field of regulation of disclosure related to either of the following:

(1) Deaths occurring upon real property.
