是否需要file a complaint with IC3?

再次請教檸檬和各位熱心網友，我在最後一步醒悟過來，目前還沒發現任何實質損失，是否還應該file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)? File 或不file各有何利弊？
