然後manager 就再沒聯係我，我也就忘了此事。直到HOA通知我，在quote garage door過程中，才知道garage door是撞壞的, garage door company went there and gave quote:

 

  In 2020 we just ballparked the replacement at $1125. This year the homeowner came in and we quoted them.

我猜property manage 就是以此為依據扣的租客押金$1125.
