怎麽你們的合同沒有closing date呢？那個“condition”有具體細節嗎？

“seller contingency - conditional on their ability to close the new property. 之前他們一直說的是隻要他們的貸款銀行能夠批準就可以remove 這個seller contingency”

之前預估貸款，現在也許新房交接過程不順利，不能按時close，也可以叫“conditional on their ability to close the new property” 麽，"ability to close" 不等於一定是貸款啊（我讀這句話的理解）。
