昨天被檸檬和老貓嚇死了

難道一個review 還真的啥也不能寫了？我真是不信，就網上查了defaming lawsuit怎麽樣才能告，然後查到這個：

plaintiffs must prove the following four elements:

1. First, the plaintiff must prove that the defendant made a false and defamatory statement concerning the plaintiff.
2. Second, the plaintiff must prove that the defendant made an unprivileged publication to a third party.
3. Third, the plaintiff must prove that the publisher acted at least negligently in publishing the communication.
4. Fourth, in some cases, the plaintiff must prove special damages.

是的，我沒有任何證據證明老師遲到，老師不是full time teacher沒有寫在合同裏，因為根本沒有合同，我說M根本不在乎牛奶開了多久，隻要保質期沒到就給學生喝，我說她的30個學生SAT成績沒有提高，可是憑什麽要我給證明這些都是真的啊？如果她要告我誹謗，當然是她要證明我說的是假的。她能證明什麽？這些都是事實，她能證明是假的嗎？

 

我覺得檸檬和老貓對我的review太苛刻了，這是google review，這不是一個法律指控文件，證明我說的都是實話不是我的責任，我責任是保證我說的是實話。

 

而且這個實話和我要評論的事情有沒有關係無所謂吧，比如我在評論裏說卡拉是條狗，難道韓國人人能因為這句話和她沒關係而sue我？

 

bottom line，review隻要你說的都是事實就行，證明這是事實不是你的責任。
