關於Roth IRA conversion，提醒一下一個細節 pro-rata rule

就是如果你在IRA賬戶裏有稅前也有稅後contributions的話，不要以為光把稅後部分轉成Roth就可以不交稅。具體請看：

結論：別把稅後錢放入IRA（就是說 when you are not eligible for tax-deductible traditional IRA contribution)，然後想著可以全部免稅concert to Roth IRA
