Medicare，有工作經驗價錢低，沒工作經驗按高價買

土生土長的美國人和在美居住超過五年的移民，隻要超過65歲，你就可以參加medicare，不同的是有工作經驗價錢低，沒工作經驗價錢高。

Medicare include part A, B, C, D.  Following is price for 2017. 

part A hospital and hospice insurance, This is useful if you need long term care.  if you have 40 points, you get for free; if you have less than 40, you pay up to $422 a month to buy it.  

part B, medical insurance, with or without points, you pay $134 a month to buy. 

part C is private health insurance covering part A/B, if you have A/B you don't need C.

part D drug coverage, as long as you have part A or B, you are eligible to participate.  It is covered by private insurance, so price depends on your coverage.
