看了出版社的回答，有點糊塗了。恭請各位大俠繼續解惑。

問： Regarding the copyright, why is it that the publisher owns all the copyright while the author owns none? From my understanding,  usually the author owns the copyright (at least in other publishing companies). Why is it that you do this differently?

出版社答：The work will always be copyrighted in the author’s name. The contract grants us the right to publish the author’s copyrighted work, in the same way that any other publishing contract would grant that right.
