求助， 前房主no disclosure

剛買房半年，前天無意與鄰居聊天時得知這個房子曾記有roof leaking, 一小塊plywood上長過mold(他去看過）。前房主的disclosure form 上提到lroof repair, and water damage. 但是沒有在"do you know any past or present mold growth＂ 一問選Yes. 看起來前房主在賣之前修好了屋頂，換了plywood. （有invoice). 房子現在沒有黴菌的跡象。 Close時前房主也出具了clear的mold inspection report。感覺受騙了。如果買房前知道mold的問題， 可能不會要。 至少可以用來還價。還不知道今後會不會影響健康。 請問我可以sue前房主和selling agent nondisclosure 嗎？ 如果勝訴， 大致能有什麽補償?
