 雞汁百頁包

原料;薄百頁一包,青菜小把,肉末少許,雞湯一碗,鹽、糖…… 先將青菜過熱水燙至半熟,瀝幹水份切碎,拌入豬肉末、加鹽、少許糖拌勻包入百頁中,製成百頁包,放入湯碗中,加入雞燙上籠蒸20分鍾,取出裝盆即成,
