I am asking 8% more. but the issue is the company is not going to give me my current base salary, but they have bonus.

The issue is 1) the bonus is based on your performance and I do agree the bonus is very attractive. 2) i have mortgage to pay and daycare to pay. I cannot wait until the end of the year to pay my mortgage.

very disappointed.
