I have completed all similar programming tasks and more when studying Andrew Ng's

online courses and several others from the learning universities around the world.

I think my biggest challenge is to convince the potential hiring managers'.

If not a directly paid job, any other indirect paths to gain the crutial "work experience"?

Any suggestions?
