Choose job or choose green card

I got two offer,one is big  company work on project for a big bank on some very new technology, but they only use my TN visa,Sr.java developer,another one small company work as a Jr.  developer,but they help me get the H1b visa,also can apply green card, I don't know,which one i should choose. Any suggest?
