Thank you all.

But my company is still hiring, all BA positions. I am a support tech. person.

I know both Coldfusion and Java. I am thinking if I should go for PHP/LAMP way, as there are too many people outside knows Java, although people can pick up PHP very easy, but at least not too many people want to go that way.

I also like Java+Oracle way, as Oracle bought Sun, they may still need people who can use java to build Oracle interface.

Please advise.
