確切的說這家夥叫 one way video interview.  就三個問題。1. Why are you interested in this role?  2. Please  tell us your professional experiences in 90 seconds?  3. What are your top three strengths? 沒有和人的互動，自己在那裏白話，適合talker. 錄完了可以回放，滿意了點發送然後進入下個問題，自己不滿意可以有兩次重錄的機會。
