問個麵試behavior question

要去麵試一個比較理想的工作，聽說一定會有behavior Qs,比如a failure experience。剛畢業找工作的時候準備這些問題，後來再換工作沒有準備也沒有碰到過這類問題，不知道怎麽回答了。想實話實說我自己的一次failure 經曆，給大家看看是否合適，不合適的話給出出主意。

 

In my previous work at **，I had reported to three managers because there are a lot of internal restructuring due to rapid growth. I worked very well with them and they were happy with my work. However, the fourth boss I got while I was on maturity leave was different. When I first came back to office after maturity leave, My boss told me that his wife quit working after having their second child and stayed home as a full time mom. He ignored me and did not include me in any meetings or discussions. As always a key contributor, I couldn't bear being treated that way so I resigned my position.

I feel like it's a failure because I had confidence that I can prove my capabilities but I quit, though it means that I need to stay in office until 8pm most of the time and 12am sometimes like what he did. It's the first time ever I left a job and my boss wanted me. I had totally different experience when I resigned all my other jobs. I am sure that my current boss will feel a great loss if I resign and take this position.
