答案和做法(一致的):

1. Respect and honor supervisor's decision.  I am a desciplined person. Yes I am.  

(Pause 2 seconds)

2. If I disagree to something, and it is not a big deal, then just take it and keep quiet.  It might be that I only saw a small picture...

3. Now, if the disagreement is on something that I belive a big issue. I would find time to talk to my supervisor, one-on-one, to express my concerns and why the concerns. Meanwhile get instant feedbacks from supervisor. Again, decision is a decision, I would honor it.

(Pause 2 seconds)

4. Lastly, also very very important I believe, to control my own ego.  I realized it is very important, and I have been doing better and better.  With little ego, disagreement can be easily resolved.
