The exit interview is used to make sure you do not have bad things against the company. They do not care about what you say about your manager and will not take any action based on your feedback. After the interview, some company will make assessment on you based on your feeling about the company to decide if you can be rehired in the future.

So it is really for you. Just say nice thing about the overall experience.
