Most of them are from deferred compensation, that is pre-tax.  So after tax it will only be 5mi.  The rental houses 1/3 is loan. So about 7 million.  也沒很多。這裏有人說該set up irrevocable， 有人說No.  Confused.  Should I ask lawyer or cpa or Financial planner?  Called one lawyer , he said:  come, we can talk, $700 per hour!
